Update Kangaroo EA

Kangaroo EA has been taken off the real money account until improvements to it's strategy have been made.

Kangaroo EA has been another forex robot that has worked very well for a few months until cracks started appearing in it's strategy. The system appears to be unable to cope with a fast moving market that does not retrace. Too many orders follow the same direction when a loss is made and ends up with a successive line of losses. All these losses added up and causes the problem.

Once this strategy flaw is fixed brainyforex looks forward to resuming it's operation. The demo account continues to run on the robots review section.

I like everything about Kangaroo EA except for this heightened risk flaw.
