I have bought EATree and I'm absolutely disappointed

Scam. I have bought EATree and I'm absolutely disappointed.
The manual is not very helpful. The info boxes used in the EAtree are described incompletely in the manual.
I have built an EA with an example from the manual (MACD and MA). After compiling there are 16 errors and 4 warnings.
I have tried to build an EA on my own using the manual but the result comes with errors and warnings .
Asking for help on info@eatree.com remained unanswered.
To use this sotware you have to be an expert in mql4 so I think this software is scam.
