Hi Jerry

Thanks for your email. If you have a proven 16 year 100% accurate robot then it is probably a scam? You should get the recommended settings from the vendor you purchased the robot from. BUT you also need to run it on a true ECN account where you pay a commission per trade and not pay via spread. (or very little through spread along with the commission). Your broker account is imperative for the success of your scalper robot as scalpers all need extremely efficient trading accounts with no large or even normal spreads involved. You can check the best spreads per broker on this website here http://www.fxintel.com. You will also need a good vps with fast latency speed. This does matter too. A VPS connected close to your broker terminal.

Anyway, if the vendor does not tell you these things then it only confirms that you probably have purchased a scam robot? Sorry to bring you bad news. If you can't get it working with a true ecn account then try and get a refund asap or if they refuse to give you a refund - then try to get your payment reversed by your credit card provider or bank as they can do this when there is a 'scam' involved.

Hope that helps.

ps - what website did you buy the robot from? You can tell scam robot EA websites a mile away if you know what to look for. I can take a look for you and report back. They normally don't have full third party real money statistics for a start. There are other signs as well.

Regards
Fritz
