Please understand that our company is an investment company, and great service is one of our utmost priority, but keep in mind that we all have to go by the book and follow the company's Terms and Conditions.

Please read my response to them.
Great services is equal to nothing. they steal my balance disable my account. Probably they outsource there help desk because the chat works and lets us the impression they are responsive. Try to withdrawal money you will see what I am talking about.

It is serious from an investment company to be negotiated in regards of withdrawal. The only raison is there volume. Peter Johnson told me if you close your accounts we can not make any profit. But its my money. stay away from them.

after I invested, I could not withdraw my earning and when I talked to them about it, they made me invest more and more till they stopped responding to me. They came back later and allowed me withdraw 10k out of my balance only to ask me to invest more money about 40k. It was then I realized that the whole thing was being manipulated by them, it was a game I had been playing to lose . But I was able to retrieve all of my original investment. I got help from a charge back company, they are helping people get their funds back. If you ever traded binary options and lost, their is a 99% chance you were scammed, get your money back.
