GATES WAY dubbed to make it look like he is talking about forex

I received on Facebook. They claim is Bill Gates greatest invention. Click on link, takes you to Teds Talk presentation by Bill Gates. But its fake, it has been dubbed.
It is from a real Bill Gates talk about outbreak of diseases, you can verify by looking at the dark drums he brings on stage.
They have made it to look like he is talking about forex.
